These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Life in the UK Practice app and passthelifeintheuk.com (together, the “Service”), provided by Mordelt Healthcare Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service helps you prepare for the official Life in the UK Test. It is not the official test, does not book or administer the official test, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK government or the Home Office or any government body. The real test is booked separately through the official UK government service. We do not guarantee that you will pass the official test.
You must be at least 13 years old, and the Service is intended for adults preparing for the Life in the UK test. The Service does not require an account; your progress is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device and any purchase credentials secure.
The free tier obtains time-limited access by viewing advertisements served through Google AdMob, subject to their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or its content, except as permitted by law. You may not use the Service in any unlawful manner or to infringe the rights of others.
All content in the Service — text, questions, design, software and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. The handbook included with the Lifetime + Handbook tier is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate or up to date with the latest official requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where we are required to do so by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by the policies of the store through which you purchased or by applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
